The Founder

Tatah Injoh Maxine

Born in Cameroon’s Northwest Region and raised among aunties, uncles, and extended family, Maxine learned early that her future would not be handed to her. She would have to build it.

With no financial capital — only human capital, creativity, and courage — she built a restaurant from scratch. When circumstances took it away, she drew one conclusion: if she could build once, she could build again, and bigger. De-Maxine is that build.

“Trust is earned through action — not expected because of family, title, or familiarity.”

— Tatah Injoh Maxine, Founder

What Is De-Maxine?

Reliable help, with a real system behind it.

De-Maxine provides cooking, cleaning, laundry, house care, errands, personal assistance, and event organization across Cameroon. Every engagement is backed by structure: vetted people, clear communication, and a founder who has done the work herself before asking anyone else to do it.

For clients

Confidence that when you request help, there is an accountable system behind the person who arrives — not an informal arrangement and a hope for the best.

For workers

Dignity, structure, fair treatment, and real opportunity. De-Maxine protects both sides of the service relationship, because both sides deserve it.

For Cameroon

Proof that something excellent can be built here, from the ground up — a standard for dignified service, born in the Northwest and built for the world.

Why De-Maxine Exists

The old way runs on hope.
De-Maxine runs on structure.

  • No trust. Informal arrangements ask you to hand a stranger your home and hope for the best.
  • No accountability. When something goes wrong, there is no system for responsibility or resolution.
  • No safety. Neither clients nor workers are protected by any real structure.
  • No professional standard. Quality depends entirely on luck and word of mouth.
  • No dignity for workers. The people doing the work are often unseen, unprotected, and unpaid fairly.
  • No time. Entrepreneurs, students, families, and professionals lose hours every week managing what could be handled for them.

De-Maxine stands in the middle as a system of trust.

Clients gain confidence, professionalism, and safety. Workers gain access, dignity, training, and protection. Both sides operate with clarity, because there is finally an accountable institution between them.

“Before I send anyone to do the work, I have done the work myself.”

— Maxine

Maxine

“the greatest”

The name is not a boast. It is an assignment.

De-Maxine exists so that workers, clients, partners, students, entrepreneurs, and the next generation rise higher because they were part of this system. Maxine is not building only for herself — she is building a standard her children, and the children of others, can inherit.
