Alna's Heartfelt Music: Healing & Unity on Unmasking Humanity

    By Joshua T. Berglan

In a world often divided by differences, Alna's music emerges as a powerful force for unity and healing. On a recent episode of "Unmasking Humanity: 21 Questions with Joshua T. Berglan," this talented singer-songwriter shared her inspiring journey and the profound impact of her soulful creations.

Let's dive into Alna's world and discover how her unique approach to music is touching hearts across cultures.

    The Power of Musical Healing

From a young age, Alna felt a deep connection between her voice and a greater purpose. However, it wasn't until she met Northern shamans two years ago that she fully realized the transformative power of her gift. These spiritual teachers reminded her of her mission and encouraged her to create music that could unite people on a heart level.

"I started to be more focused on being very conscious about my lyrics and about my melodies because they can take one or another way," Alna explains.

This careful crafting of both words and music allows her to create songs that resonate with listeners on a profound emotional level.

    Bridging Cultures Through Sound

One of Alna's greatest strengths lies in her ability to touch hearts across cultural boundaries. She believes that by accessing deep emotions through music, people can connect with parts of their souls that may have been dormant or wounded. This shared experience of feeling creates a bridge between diverse listeners, fostering a sense of shared humanity.

"Through touched hearts, parts of the soul of a person that maybe in past lives or maybe in this life experienced something can relate to the feeling," Alna explains.

This emotional resonance allows listeners to revisit moments of vulnerability or joy, ultimately reminding them of their capacity for growth and healing.

The Science of Sound: 432 Hz and Healing Frequencies

Alna's commitment to healing through music extends to the very frequencies she uses in her compositions. She has embraced the use of 432 Hz tuning, which some believe has a more harmonious effect on human DNA compared to the standard 440 Hz tuning.

"I tuned my guitar to 432 and then I just played a few chords and I was like, 'My God, I don't want to stop playing it just feels so good,'" Alna shares.

This discovery led her to make a conscious decision to record all of her songs at 432 Hz, believing it provides a more potent healing experience for listeners.

The Creative Process: From Inspiration to Impact

Alna's songwriting process is as diverse as her musical influences. Sometimes, a melody comes to her spontaneously, and she builds lyrics around it. Other times, she sits down with the intention of writing about a specific theme, such as unity or overcoming challenges. Regardless of the starting point, Alna always aims to infuse her songs with conscious, meaningful lyrics that serve a greater purpose.

One unique aspect of Alna's creative process involves tapping into what she calls the "creator's laboratory" – a space in the universe where anything is possible. Before writing or recording a powerful song, she tunes into this place and asks for guidance on the message that needs to be heard on Earth at that moment.

    Overcoming Challenges and Embracing Growth

Like any artist, Alna has faced her share of challenges. However, she views these obstacles as opportunities for growth and learning. When faced with a difficult situation, such as a last-minute change in plans for a performance, Alna chooses to see it as a chance to problem-solve and become stronger.

"If you are able to see the same problem that's coming your way as life's challenge with positivity, you are going to be rewarded with solutions faster than you can imagine," she advises.

This positive mindset has been crucial in her journey as an artist and healer.

    The Vision: One Love Nation

Alna's music isn't just about personal expression; it's a call to action for a better world. Her song "One Love Nation" encapsulates her vision for humanity – a world where people come together, lift each other up, and walk towards freedom and unity.

She imagines a powerful music video for this song, depicting a transformation from a desolate, empty city to a vibrant community of people walking together in harmony. This visual representation of her music's message serves as a reminder of the power we have when we unite.

Daily Practices for Spiritual and Creative Growth

Alna's dedication to her craft and spiritual growth is evident in her daily routine. She begins each day with love, spending time with her children and practicing gratitude. She then engages in grounding exercises and spiritual practices, including a self-sufficiency complex and balancing masculine and feminine energies.

These practices help Alna stay centered and connected to her higher purpose, allowing her to channel her creativity more effectively and maintain a positive outlook on life.

    The Heartfelt Message

At its core, Alna's music carries a simple yet powerful message: we are all connected, and by embracing this connection, we can create a better world. She encourages listeners to move from their minds to their hearts, trusting their inner guidance and feeling the unity that exists beneath our surface differences.

"I want people to come from their minds to their hearts more often than they do," Alna explains. "If it feels good, your soul is saying this is for you. If it feels wrong, your soul is saying this is not for you. It's that simple."

Conclusion: A Call to Unity Through Music

Alna's journey as a musical healer is a testament to the transformative power of art when created with intention and love. Her songs serve as a bridge between cultures, a balm for wounded hearts, and a rallying cry for a more united world.

As we face global challenges that often seem insurmountable, Alna's music reminds us of our shared humanity and the strength we find in coming together. By opening our hearts to her melodies and message, we take a step towards the "One Love Nation" she envisions – a world where compassion, understanding, and unity prevail.
