I wanted to share a significant update on my journey managing frequency-induced tremors. The Rife machine has been an absolute game-changer for me. This device uses targeted frequencies to help calm my tremors, and for the first time in a long while, I feel genuine hope.

Staying consistent with treatments—especially while working on my computer or before heading out in public—has completely transformed how I handle external energy. It’s like creating a personal force field that shields me from overwhelm.

One small but impactful change has been at Crunch Fitness, where they adjusted the speaker and microphone volumes during treadmill classes. That simple adjustment has made a huge difference for me and, I hope, for others too.

What’s even more exciting is knowing I can now manage these tremors while traveling. Just the thought of being able to confidently explore the world again feels like a massive step forward.

Skipping treatments? That’s when I’m reminded how persistent these tremors can be. But with this machine, I’m learning to navigate it all, step by step.
